Most products on CliknChuz come with a 3–7 day return window from the date of delivery.
Some categories may have different policies:

  • Non-returnable items: Personal hygiene items, cosmetics, perishables, digital products, and items that mention “No Return” on the product page.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To accept a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Match the condition in which it was delivered

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.


4. How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return through:

  • Your CliknChuz account (Orders section)

  • Customer support email or chat

  • Return request button on your order details page

Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


5. Return Pickup & Inspection

After approval:

  • A courier partner will be scheduled for pickup

  • Once the item reaches us or the seller

  • It will undergo quality inspection

Returns may be approved or rejected based on inspection results.


6. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet/Net Banking)

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after inspection

  • In some cases, refund timelines may depend on your bank or payment provider

If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.


7. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible, you may choose:

  • Replacement with the same product, or

  • Exchange for a new unit if available

Replacements depend on stock availability with the seller.


8. Non-Returnable Products

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or consumption reasons. These may include:

  • Personal care items

  • Cosmetics

  • Undergarments

  • Food & perishables

  • Digital or downloadable goods
